06.30.2009: Mr. Rock Receives the YMCA 2009 Building Strong Communities Award
Mr. M. James Rock, the founder and president of GRC General Contractor, Inc. was honored at the Waynesboro Area WMCA annual dinner on June 17, 2009. The YMCA presented Mr. Rock with the 2009 Building Strong Communities award. Mr. Rock received this award in recognition of his continual dedication to the Waynesboro community through participation with numerous local organizations that support the residents of Waynesboro.
